FC CARTAGENA FIXTURES OUT FOR NEW SEASON

Commencing on Sun 31 Aug, FC Cartagena will start the new 2008/2009 season with a home match.
Having been relocated to group 2 of Divison 2b, Los Albinegros fans will certainly be treated to the sight of many new teams arriving at the Cartagonova Stadium. No more visits from old favourites such as Ceuta, Linares, Ecija and Baza. Instead, teams from the Canaries (Lanzarote and Las Palmas etc) and Madrids big 2 (Real and Atletico) B sides, have taken their place.
August and Septembers listings are as follows:
Sun 31 Aug Cartagena v Leganes
Sun 7 Sep Atletico Madrid v Cartagena
Sun 14 Sep Cartagena v Las Palmas Atletico
Sun 21 Sep Ciudad Lorqui v Cartagena
Wed 24 Sep University Las Palmas v Cartagena
Sun 28 Sep Cartagena v Lanzarote
Details have been finalized for FC Cartagenas first 2 home friendly fixtures, as shown below:
Sat 2 Aug Cartagena v Almeria ko 9pm
Sun 10 Aug Cartagena v Real Murcia ko 8pm
Almeria had a great season back in La Liga with a top 10 finish, whilst local rivals Real Murcia were themselves relegated from the top flight last season.
